I have joined Gold's at the Lfp mall. The trainers have been the key to success. They force compliance and regularity ensuring frequent visits to the gym. My muscle mass in my legs have increased. And, if I flexed with out a shirt ladies would run in fear... then I turned on the bathroom light. I take steps two at a time, run and do deep knee bends. hmmm where did I put the keys? Can't wait for the next reunion tata

Many of us value our lasting friendships of the wonderful and stressful times at Bothell High. Four of us Peterson's Laurel, Pat , Park & Miriamdale came from Lake Forest Park. The post-war batch...Rusty, Cynthia and Connie went to Shorecrest. We felt priviledged and special because of the size of our family, our house and pool. For myself, I never was as smart as I thought or as inept. We begin to build the path our life early... each day our errors or lack of discipline changes our destiny as does our hardwork and kindness to others. As we near middle age we hope to live longer have increasing peace and say kind things to more classmates at our reunion... One of my secret loves died... and I did not get to see her at a reunion... a bit sad. The best part of our reunion is how quickly we bond anew. We want everyone to come... Energy and Love
